I'm a little surprised at how many of you all want to see Brown outright cut. First of all, none of you are in the building and interacting with him on a daily basis. And second, you can't tell me Brown doesn't make this team more competitive/funner to watch.

At the end of the day, we watch football for the entertainment of it.

We are trying to run a good culture here. What Brown is doing would of got him cut on any of the 31 teams so far.

The reason we want him cut is because his salary is guaranteed, 15M, if he plays Week 1. His apologies are fake so he can get the money. What if he does this Week 2?

I feel like you are putting team entertainment and this years success over the culture and overall professionalism of the team. You’re the only person who thinks we could win 9 games this year so I think you are a bit biased here.

Brown needs to go or we are a joke of an organization.

But he’s playing Week 1 I guess....

He acted like an idiot. He acknowledged his mistake and apologized.

So if we're good and he's a big reason why, you'll just ignore his contribution and pretend like he doesn't exist?

One obviously forced and fake "apology" to his team makes you forget him skipping practices, holding out for helmet issues, the cryotherapy hishap, abusing our GM in the entire, the regular social media antics, etc?

The guy was seconds away from losing $30 M. That is why he said sorry, not because he's actually sorry for his actions. AB is going to go back to being AB and acting like a spoiled baby the second things turn ugly in Oakland. He's proven time and time again he is not a normal human being and the fact he got away with this much and is still playing with only a few small fins is a joke.

Mayock needs go just shut up and draft. We didn’t hire him to act like a sheriff, he needs to know his role

Mayock is the steadiest, most well respected person to involve themselves with this terrible organzation in the last 20 years. If we were lucky, he'd have control to bring some professionalism and accountability to this organization.

Think you need to put the keyboard way on this one and take a lap.

AB 1 Mayock 0

gruden loves ab, and that is what matters at the end of the day

And you know this how? Keep putting words in people's mouths. We get it. He's a diva. And he gets emotional. But now that means he's lying about everything.

You seem to have made up your mind. No matter. Keep that same energy when he goes off.

There's your problem: "we"

You're not in the building. You don't work for the team. The team is not paying you.

And believing this team can be competitive with Brown on the roster isn't exactly a stretch. The roster is arguably more talented than in 2016.

Not saying it is right just saying it is what it is. You dont have to like each other to work with each other.

Lets not pretend coaches dont do this on a daily basis. bleep why are running there, bleep bleep why are throwing there, bleep bleep why didnt you cover that guy. We all hear mic'd up, hard knocks etc.

Let's be real here... he didn't "acknowledge" anything. He back-peddled to save his money. 100% guarantee he has zero remorse in this situation. He's an entitled, ego driven diva with a victim mentality. This guy cares about nothing but himself.

Exactly. He's a top 3 WR right now. Do you think Gruden cares if fans are crying?

Hands down the offense is drastically better with AB on the field. He's not perfect by any means and needs to be looked after, but cutting him is a hilariously bad idea.

Yes 1000%. Some people are like Gruden here and think the season is lost without AB and making his actions seem not that bad.

These are homer fans that don’t realize even with AB we aren’t getting a winning record.
