lancerman
You know what, if you don't win in 60 minutes you don't deserve to win. If you cant do it in 75 minutes, piss off.
Eagles23
Ties are happening because complain the team who let's up a FG first deserves a rebuttal in addition to just a 10 minute quarter

Bolts223
I think they just need to go back to 15 minute OT's. The 10 minute OT sucks and tbh puts the team who gets the ball 2nd at a bigger disadvantage. By the time the Lions got the ball for the second time in OT there was basically no time left on the clock. Mazrimiv
I'd eliminate OT altogether and log the tie after 60 minutes. If I'm the league, I'd include eliminating OT as part of the proposal for an 18 game season.

FrantikRam
Ties are fine. Part of the game. The outrage in the AFCCG for the Chiefs "not having a chance" is ridiculous. I say go back to sudden death, period - if you don't win in regulation, yep you're leaving it somewhat up to chance.
pf9
Not just the Chiefs but there were two recent Packers games in the postseason where they didn't have a chance in OT. That's another major reason to go to college OT. In reality the college rules actually originated in Kansas HS football. It's been one of the greatest things to come out of Kansas alongside the band called Kansas and the TV shows Gunsmoke and Supernatural. Some of the greatest college football games since 1996 have been OT thrillers. As an OSU fan I can testify to this. Joe_is_the_best
I think ties are fine, but would suggest one change. Both teams receive a loss.

Theyre the equivalent to a participation trophy.
Kmart128
After OT the teams should go to a kick off. Similar to a shoot out but with FG kicking. And keep pushing the field goal 5 yards back until someone misses. Just an idea to make game more entertaining. And makes have a good special teams even more important
