Raiders/49ers are bitter enemies. Both the teams and the fans. That’s like saying the Jets are your #2 team if you are a Giants fan. I don’t have a #2 team but if I had to pick it’d be Green Bay. Was a hardcore Packer/Favre fan as a 5-7 year old kid in the 90’s, had both Raider and Packer posters. Became exclusively Raiders when around 8 and understood loyalty. So yeah...
