So, the NFL - in their infinite wisdom or lack thereof - assigns Clay Martin's crew to this game. Clay has only 5 seasons experience as a referee. Out of the 17 active crews, only Clay Martin, Shawn Smith, and Brad Rogers crews have 5 years or less experience........... Seems like a crew this young will be influenced by the home neanderthals. Heck, wasn’t it the league that made them move the game up to 1pm to help out with post game issues with fans. This game Isn going to be button up to the top on officiating. As we saw a couple of weeks ago, the Squeelers are masters at goading us into a retaliatory strike. Our job is to simply execute and make the plays that need to be made and play through all the bs.
