patriotsheatyan
They missed the playoffs with a winning team this year. But the Rams have serious issues with money and draft picks. Goff didn’t look like someone who can carry them anyways. Barring something 2-14 I assume McVay has at least two seasons to get back to the playoffs and probably three. What do you think? If the Rams go 8-8 and 7-9 the next two seasons, is he safe?

Ty21
I don’t think he’s as safe as he used to be. Less safe than Mike Tomlin.
tom cody
I think some of the shine is off him now. I think he has another year or 2 with the Rams, if they don't make it back to the playoffs in that time then I think you see the Rams fire him. Slateman
He should have more time, as he isn't the one making personnel decisions. But likely, he won't. If he goes 7-9 or 8-8, they'll release him. Rams ownership tried to build a team quickly in an effort to grab fans and get them to come see their "new," exciting team.
Drained
Everyone figured him out this season, it just depends on the adjustments he makes, if he keeps going the same way its a big decline downwards for him.
BStanRamFan
As much security as he wants. Goff will be fine when he's not behind the 31st ranked O-Line in the league. 9-7 in the toughest division in football behind that O-Line shows how good Goff and McVay really are. Average fan just loves to pound on Goff.

showtime
He's really safe. They're coming off a recent SB appearance. Things change quickly, though. Let the Rams miss the playoffs the next two seasons or so and his seat will be piping hot.
