Packers sign Devin Funchess

Recommended Posts

Feels like the Breeland signing. I'm gonna feel good enough about him to bring him back next year and they'll let him walk.

Speaking of Breeland...🤔

He must be the Zach Brown of CBs. Plays well and then no one signs him.

I think he's a good player .. not sure why he's bouncing around the league.  Must be something that rubs teams the wrong way.

I don't care what anyone says, I'm excited about Funchess. Not that it really matters, but, we haven't had anyone that was drafted as high (41st in '15) as him at WR since Jordy was drafted 36th in '08.

I like it as well. While not the most refined of WR's - he's clearly got some skills we could use - plus he's cheap and young. See no downside. Lets see what we can do with him.

EQ's gonna be coming back plus we're gonna nab another talent for this position group...........I think we'll survive in 2020.
If there is a 2020 that is.

side note, 11 was WR Ryan Grants' jersey number.
no great loss, but a tough way to find out you're not coming back

Fwiw, they could have made that clear to him beforehand?

yeah, they probably told his agent he wasn't in the 2020 plans.
So much for the legend of Ryan Grant 2.0
