I wish I lived in the UK...America sucks and everything is so refined over there...

On the other hand, I'm quietly REALLY into Victorian antiques and traditional architecture so that kinda plays into it...

On the other hand, I envy the huge size and open-ness of the USA, compared to the smaller, much more crowded England. Grass is always greener on the other side, I guess.

understood. I'm more or less fed up with the social aspects of America; the fact that we have no financial safety net and that costs are continuously rising due to calculated decisions that our fatally flawed ruling class made decades ago...

Fortunately, I make 6 figures in my current position and come from a wealthier family, yet I regularly come in contact with those who are gainfully employed, yet much less fortunate. Their out-of-pocket costs in this country are HORRIBLE. I have friends over there who I visited frequently before Covid and despite the population density, I felt Europe was a lot better of a place to live than America...

Having grown up in Europe (Netherlands) and spending most of my college time abroad, I have to agree with this.

As a European, it amazes me how little vacation Americans have, how many hours they work and ****ed they are if they don't have a good job and they get ill. Specially since it's one of the richest countries in the world.

But something something "socialism" blah blah "lazy freeloaders" rabble rabble "pull yourself up by the bootstraps" more whining and complaining "hurpdadurpydurrr!!!".

Not sure if this video has been posted.

Heres a great video of Love if you really want to get a feel for what he can do.  You can see the tools, arm strength,  touch.

The NFL is another level but you can see what the Packers see in him.

Its pretty long, If you want to see Jordan Love's ability, this is the video.

This is a good one .. I swear I've watched everything this guy has done in his college career.  I think he's got the goods.  He needs to mature as a pro, but everything you want in a stud QB is there.  Packers are trying to bring him along at a pace he can handle. but my guess is that he will progress rapidly once he gets real action.

I think he has the tools, but its a matter of putting it all together.  Hopefully, he gets to a point where he doesn't overthink things and let's things flow.  I can see the Packers approach.  I see a less mobile Randall Cunningham on some of his throws.  Tools are there, it comes down to what he can process and how fast on any given play.

Keep in mind the video shows the tools at the college level.  You can probably make a video of most QBs that look really favorable.  This one shows what he's capable of, but he won't get away with some of this stuff at the next level.

Looking at the throws (that NFLGURU linked), there are some that are into very tight coverage and dangerous, and some that rely on a good catch by the receiver, but there is plenty of talent to work with.............. plenty.

If he didn't have some warts he wouldn't have been available for the Packers to move up in the first and take him for just an extra 4th round pick, so he isn't a sure-fire guy (virtually no college QBs are), but he sure looks like he has enough about him to be worth trying to groom as the future no.1
