Also, the doctor's wife tearfully retails her story regarding the demise of Jim. Burt and Heather return to their home. Burt starts mixing shotgun shells, while Heather, carrying her rifle, starts fixing the fence on the perimeter. Burt suddenly hears Heather yell and a shot rings out. He rushes outside to see Heather's rifle on the ground by the fence and no sign of her. "What the hell's going on", he yells as he grabs some large guns. He never saw Heather again.
