The reason why we lost to Tampa that day was because Rodgers was under siege the entire game.  He was getting hit almost every time he threw even in those first 2 drives.  I don't care who is under center - if a QB is running for his life that offense can't function.

Correct. Honestly, even though we scored 10 early points in that game, those drives looked uncharacteristic as well. We didn't look right in that game. And I thought Rodgers looked noticeably different. Some reason I do strongly believe we'd beat them down if we play em again

Unless it's Mahomes then you go 14-1.

Notes:

- Aaron Rodgers is my 2020 NFL MVP. Congratulations. In 2017, on the old forum (you can find this in the old forum comparison section), I did the Top 60 QB seasons of ALL time in NFL History. It was a month long project, and I spent a lot of time on the presentation. This WOULD go in the Top 10 QB seasons of all time. No question. Guess who was #1? 2011 Aaron Rodgers. I will probably update that list in one year from now after the 2021 season is complete.

- #2 to #6 was tough for me! Henry and Mahomes are separated by a hair. Wilson was easily #7 behind these six guys though. His season kept trending downwards and finally got surpassed by a couple guys on the final week. Still a tremendous season by Wilson though.

- Davante Adams missed two games and still put up those nutty numbers. Truly a beast and was the best WR in the NFL this season. Best QB. Best WR.

- Lamar makes my Top 10 to end the year, his first appearance since Week 8. I usually prefer at least 3,000 passing yards even if someone has 1,000 rushing yards. However, he did miss a game, and his late-season surge was very, very impressive! Have to give him some respect.

It's been fun guys, hope you all enjoyed throughout the season. The stats/pictures were a very time consuming process. Especially because I do mostly manual stats, since nothing updates right away.

Thank you for reading! Appreciate it so much guys.

Think Allen should be #2 behind Rodgers after Mahomes sitting out. I have Aaron Rodger, Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, Derrick Henry.

Josh Allen running ability and his rushing TDs seperates him from Mahomes...

Allen is ahead of Mahomes in OPOY, which I'll post soon.

It sadly feels almost anti-climatic, but that's just because Rodg pulled so far ahead that there's basically no argument anymore.

I didn't think we were ever going to see this level Rodgers again, so I consider myself lucky to get to see another season like this from him.

I still feel like his 2011 season was more impressive, but that may be rose colored nostalgia talking. I haven't gone back to watch much from that season in a long time now. But I'd be interested in doing a comparison to this season.

2011 was better. The historic YPA, and almost undefeated season is what separates it. However, 2011 Rodgers is my personal #1 QB season in history.

I made a thread long ago, in 2017, of the Top 60 QB Seasons ever (41-60 are on different pages I think), which took me a long long time to make, LONG time, and a lot of research. Here is the thread:

http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=589059

However, now I'd have to add in 2018 Mahomes and 2020 Rodgers. It'd look like this:

1) 2011 Aaron Rodgers

2) 2004 Peyton Manning

3) 2007 Tom Brady

4) 2020 Aaron Rodgers

5) 2018 Patrick Mahomes

6) 2013 Peyton Manning

7) 1994 Steve Young

8 ) 1989 Joe Montana

9) 1984 Dan Marino

10) 1999 Kurt Warner

So it looks like this was probably the 4th best QB season in NFL History.
