Kirill
Aaron Rodgers can have the MVP trophy, the Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes are going to win the super bowl. The real question is can they threepeat? They're all under contract for two more years at least, if Mahomes has 3 championships headed into his 5th season he's already a top 5 all time NFL player, and the greatest competitive athlete we've seen since Jordan. The MVP will be irrelevant. In fact, giving Rodgers the MVP for winning less games will only motivate Mahomes to dominate in the playoffs this year and be even better than last year. With Rodgers taking MVP you can lock in the Chiefs championship. Edited December 31, 2020 by Kirill

BayRaider
The Super Bowl belongs to Mitch Trubisky since he was clearly robbed of MVP. Bears going all the way.

They had Mahomes with the most adjusted ints in 2018 tied with Darnold. Discrediting ints because a defender on a over throw or under throw dove or had to make an adjustment where the ball hit their hands and had a high probability of being caught. Or where the defender was the player closest to the ball or only one to touch the ball is silly. No way was there only 4 "interceptable" passes on that video. beekay414
Why are we arguing over the runner-ups possible INT total?

Is someone going to tell him that Mahomes had 50 TDs in 2018? 🤣😄😂 He had 21 adjusted INTs, 12 wins, 50 TDs, the league MVP award, and was one Ford-Hole away from the Super Bowl. A-Aron only had 8 adjusted INTs and went 6-9-1. Clearly the stat is overrated. 15 other players were within 5 adjusted INTs of Mahomes. How many were within 10 TD passes?
Coffee & Contemplation
On 12/30/2020 at 10:46 AM, Kip Smithers said: 5 or 6 at least of those by count are questionable , the Chargers and Patriots one (which looked more like a fumble) are very questionable. I usually roll my eyes at "almost-plays" because generally every QB has some amount of good luck/bad luck, usually in roughly the same quantities. And not every pass in this video is that bad. And I don't think these almost-plays should factor into any MVP voter's decision. But that is still an unusually large amount of good luck. Good for 'homes. Someone is getting way to ahead of themselves with that comment. May be the ultimate jinx right there.

ThatJaxxenGuy
I want to like the Chiefs and Mahomes but their fans are just unbearable. They’ll tell you every player on the Chiefs sucks If it means it makes Mahomes the best. It’s just weird.
