He has significant value, at least compared to others on the team. Only problem is he is the only competent (not counting Mooney since he was a rook) receiver on the team. As for your second part....the idea is to get a QB who can. They need to win next year not tank. They aren't going to trade him and roll with the group we have at WR now.
