Not keep them because they're expensive, but they don't save you anything by cutting them. Also, and I don't love this reason, but sometimes they will be kept to keep from admitting they made a mistake by signing them. Its not like many people like Wilson (whos already been cut) or Togiai have distinguished themselves also, so It depends who they are competing against.
