Jake Morley -    GB Vs. HOU takeaways

- Love looked poised, confident, and talented. He’s going to be a good NFL QB. The question is how good.

- Let Sternberger be a problem up the seam.

- OL not nearly as deep as we were led to believe.

- Kylin Hill has the juice

- Safety 3

I'm really not concerned about the OL at all. We never seem to run the ball well in the preseason and the protection was fine outside of one pressure given up by Kelly and the sack/fumble by Yosh who won't be on the final roster anyways.

The three bigger problems I saw tonight:

1. Our ST coverage units still might suck

2. We don't have a viable No. 3 boundary CB on the roster outside of Stokes who is an unknown rookie at this point

3. Our second string/backup DL/EDGE is extremely weak, especially from a pass rush standpoint. Back-end of those units need work.

Andy Herman -    With Jordan Love potentially banged up, and Rodgers not playing next week, it wouldn't shock me one bit if we saw Jake Dolegala back in camp relatively quick this week. He was just released by the Patriots last week.

Love didn't seem to think it was very serious .. said in his post game presser that he expected to be ready for next week.  It was his shoulder that was dinged up. Came on that strip sack play where Nijman thew a lookout block.

Hopefully they dont have to limit him or shut him down. Now's his time to shine.

Yeah - Nijman totally whiffed on that rusher - and Kelly had one from his right side - where the rusher just blew past him like he was standing sitll - heading straight for Love.

Our starting OL isnt gonna see much (if any) preseason games - so this crew better get better.

LaFleur sat 30 veterans tonight.  I think that might be a bit much if you actually want to see Jordan Love put some more quality drives together.  Lazard and MVS could be playing .. Tonyan could play.  LaFleur said that Jenkins and Turner will not play in the preseason .. that probably makes sense given the situation with Bak heading into the start of the season.  The line that was out there tonight is going to have to step it up.

He's supposed to step up. Yosh had the 1 terrible rep. you guys are going to have to show me his other issues. missed a tough reach block there on the 3rd down play. Yall gotta come with receipts.

Coming in late, and intoxicated.  But from watching the first half, Yosh gave up the strip sack, and was at least as bad as the rest of the line in run blocking.  Can't get mad at a young OL for getting beat once in a while.  But the strip-sack was a complete whiff, and that is unacceptable at this level.
