You can still run on first down and force them to waste a timeout, while still being aggressive on 2nd and 3rd down. If they run on that 1st down, and 2nd/3rd down go the same way as it just did, then you take 2 timeouts away from Tampa. They now have one still. Makes all the difference, especially vs. Brady.
