DontTazeMeBro
I mean yeah. It seems obvious. But good luck proving that. Ppl more versed in legal matters. Is there any way this could lead to all of the e-mails being made public? Edited November 12, 2021 by DontTazeMeBro
kingseanjohn
Corporations typically own your emails. So good luck.

Popular Post wackywabbit
I hope he wins. I agree that what he said means he shouldn't have his old job. But, this was an investigation into the WFT doing worse and the NFL is protecting its boy Danny S for reasons I just can't understand.

He wasn’t employed by a NFL team at the time. He was in the media. Not sure it matters but there’s a lot of questions with why just his emails were released in the middle of the season.
BStanRamFan
Andddd its locked by the Mods. Can't wait for them to tell us to keep this about football when it's directly related to an off the field incident.
incognito_man
I cannot fathom any legitimate basis for him succeeding. Lawyers will make money, Jon Gruden will not.
MikeT14
The more this stays in the limelight, the more it could lead to Dan Snyder's ouster. So keep it coming.
sammymvpknight
The scapegoating has to end. I hope he wins. I hope that the NFL is forced to release all records.
incognito_man
I hope the league and Raiders countersue for legal expenses and that Gruden has to pay all of them out of his own pocket.

Feel like Mark Davis and the Raiders were also pissed about the timing of the leaks enough to let this one play out tbh.

I misread, thought he was suing the Raiders and the league.
