Yeah i dunno, Senior Bowl is definitely important but get your Director of Scouting/Asst GM there to represent and be your eyes. They had the entire last week to complete second interviews and didn't. With McDaniel i can understand but what was the hold-up for Moore and Daboll? Also seems pretty backwards to scout players without knowing what type of scheme/coach these players are going to play in/for. Getting a coach in place would be priority #1 for me. It could still be tampering if you talk to a FA before the start of the new league year/before the "legal tampering period" for free agents set by the league.
