They have the infrastructure in place almost anyone would desire. Carolina? Ehh not so much. Seattle would be a good option as well as Tampa Bay and Minnesota. And the civil cases aren’t settled. I absolutely think he’s playing this year but I’d be shocked if he’s dealt in the next few days. I don’t think HOU can max their return because NFL penalty outcome isn’t known. Once that’s clear I think we’ll see a deal crystallize soon after.
