They were completely different movie universes, not connected at all. They wont have the same actor in 2 different roles within the same movie universe running concurrently. I would rather have Elba as Stewart and someone else as Deadshot, but alas, not my call. Even if I wanted him to play both, it wont happen anyway. Manginello was Deathstroke for like....10 seconds. Dont know much about that actor TBH. Always wanted Stephen Lang for Deathstroke... ...although he might be a bit too old now.
