That would’ve at least forced the Bills to score a td if they wanted to win. A FG would’ve just tied the game again and not win it for the Bills. Also the Ravens will look back at this game and the Dolphins game and kick themselves for blowing big leads at home. That just can’t happen if you are a great team.
