In an alternate universe he might have had a totally different career path. That was the best Jets offense in years on those teams too he could have been a completely different guy. But then someone sucker punches him and his career was almost over.

Nothing is ever his fault and he is completely above his team’s failures. Great player that is also comically overrated. AFlaccoSeagulls
So just to summarize: Referees give the Saints the ball on a play where DK's elbow was clearly already on the ground before he fumbled. Saints go down the field and score a touchdown on a play where Olave clearly was going to the ground and didn't survive the ground to make the catch. I just don't understand this, man. Would not playing down to competition in a regular season game over the last 10 years have made a difference between winning a Super Bowl or not? No, but those are just the result of the actual issues Tomlin has as a coach. At what point does Tomlin get held responsible for his failures? Since 2008, when he won with Cowhers young stacked roster, what has this yeam really done? Yes, we have made the playoffs, but when is the last time this team has looked or felt like a team that could go all the way? And the years they have, what did they do? Im not expecting us to be elite every year, but again, this team has the same issues every year and very little changes. How long do you expect that before you AT LEAST make the guy in charge of the team feel some heat?
