In the event that it's an injury that hampers and can worsen, yes. But there's a clear difference between the two as Ryan struggled to move around properly the last time he was on the field and wasn't even good enough to be the #2 on Sunday(which Vrabel showed he was willing to do with Mariota if they're healthy enough to play) and Simmons never has had any notable issues while playing.
