Both Cleveland and New Orleans are slated to pick before Green Bay, but Cleveland can jump behind them with a win and a loss for Green Bay. A win by Green Bay and a loss by Seattle would have matching records, and SOS would push Seattle ahead of Green Bay. Same thing with New England and Tennessee Outside of those games, you've got the LV/PIT game with the winner moving behind Green Bay assuming Green Bay loses to Miami.
