Love to have empty media-heads weaponizing identity politics because teams don't want to repeat Cleveland's colossal mistake

Its very strange as they'd also out the other side of their mouths say the Browns themselves made a mistake with that deal.

The Murray(frequently injured smaller QB), Wilson, Lance (trading the draft farm), Wentz/Goff (early extensions) also agree for various reasons that a fully guaranteed, market setting contract + picks isn't a no brainer deal either. Someone (if not multiple) are probably going to sell themselves over this week but its not as easy as give him whatever he wants.

Yep.  IIRC, Texans really liked the Panthers offer for Watson and the reason negotiations broke down is because Tepper refused to give-in to Watson's contract demands.

Any talk of collusion is foolish. Fact is no team is giving Jackson a fully guaranteed contract and giving up 2 1st round picks.

Why wouldn’t he? He’s a better QB without the creepy sexual predator stuff

No he's not, especially if we're evaluating Watson during his tenure on the Texans vs. Lamar now.

Lamar's 2019 might be better than any individual season Watson has had, but Watson's career has been much better than Lamar's and Lamar has given zero indication he's capable of repeating 2019.
