I think most of us are very high on DPJ.

Why would anyone be high on DPJ?

He's been over a 100yd receiving just twice in three years. The most catches he's had in a game is 8...one time...last year. The most TD's he's ever had in a season is 3. He's as JAG is it gets. And he's a FA after this year.

Browns need a starting #2 WR.

You're right, you aren't at all a contrarian or Grossi's personal burner account. You sure showed me. @DawgX @LETSGOBROWNIES

More importantly, @sdrawkcab321 should take offense to this, as he's our forum downer mascot.

I guess you must be unfamiliar with Davante Adams, Jordy Nelson, Donald Driver, Sterling Sharpe, Greg Jennings, Javon Walker, James Jones...

Akron's post was willfully ignorant, but that's besides the point.  Brian Gutekunst has been GM since 2018, and the WRs he's taken since then include:

2018.4.133 - J'Mon Moore
2018.5.176 - Marquez Valdes-Scantling
2018.6.207 - EQ St. Brown
2021.3.85 - Amari Rodgers
2022.2.34 - Christian Watson
2022.4.132 - Romeo Doubs

By my viewpoint, that's 3 hits (MVS, Christian Watson, and Doubs), one meh (ESB), and two busts (Moore and Rodgers).  That's slightly above .500 if you ask me.

I'm pretty sure that was meant as joke.  Was it him that told me earlier yesterday that Elijah Moore was worth a FRP?

He was one of the ones saying that there was no chance at all that Moore wouldn’t be moved for less than a first, yes

Because he’s a legit #2 WR who is young and ascending despite bleh QBs on a run-first offense.

Maybe it's because he plays in mostly a run first offense and is a down the field contested catch specialist similar to Higgins. Sounds valuable.

Doubs has not proven to be a hit. I think he'll be solid though.  Watson is a hit and MVS given the round. The issue being the only decent wr drafted his first 4 years was MVS. The TEs in the 3rd making the pass catchers less than great.

Romeo Doubs finished 5th receptions among rookie WRs and 9th in receiving yards.  He outproduced guys who were picked significantly ahead of him like Wan'Dale Robinson, Tyquan Thornton, and Skyy Moore.  Saying anything other than his rookie season being a success is absolutely mind boggling.
