The second penalty was between downs against an official. The Red corrected himself and moved the ball to the half yard line. Rewind it and look where the ball was. So if you want to play fit for tat the guy who committed the first illegal move wasn't Gronk. Ultimately it's the refs fault for handicapping Gronk all game.
