Yeah I can’t think of any infamous Redskins/Commanders off the top of my head. Sean Taylor & Clinton Portis were a little rough around the edges, but not total scum. Marvin Harrison was involved (whether physically or not tbd) in a shooting of a known drug dealer (circa 2009) in Philly. First, Harrison refused to allow the drug drealer into his club and later the drug dealer was found shot with a gun that was owned by Harrison LB Josh McNary who barely played any snaps for the Colts was convicted of rape. DT David Parry (drunk at the time) attacked a guy and stole his golf cart. Hopefully he's cut soon. A bunch of others in the same woman-hitter or generic scumbag territory, but no one uniquely vile comes to mind.
