Non-head coach you don't want your team to lose in the offseason.

Jim Schwartz for sure, and Bill Callahan. I'm not sure which has been more impressive, Schwartz has done a great job with the defense but what Callahan has done with the OL with both starting tackles out (Wills, Conklin) has been short of amazing. Dawand Jones looks like a future All-Pro and we brought in Geron Christian off the street and has held up pretty nicely.

I wouldn't want to lose either.

Stefanski is amazing at finding good assistants. Not sure how he convinced Bill Callahan to come here, but Callahan has single handily carried our entire offense with his coaching.

If you have a bad offensive line, Bill Callahan will turn them into borderline pro bowlers day 1.

Jim Schwartz is great, but Joe Woods was also incredibly awful and was holding guys back.

Darrell Bevell, QB coach in Miami. Just the perfect calm, steady, vet influence that Tua needs. They have great chemistry and would suck to lose him but i would be surprised if he didn’t get some looks next offseason for OC positions.

He's an awful OC. He's great as a QB coach.

Bevell is the perfect example of someone who is a much better tutor than student.

A better question would be, what non-head coaches do we actually want to keep? Maybe Wink Martindale, Andre Patterson, and the LBs coaches Egorugwu and Wilkins.

Mike Kafka has been so bad Daboll had to take over playcalling duties multiple times, which hurts Daboll's ability to focus on the team as a whole. Bobby Johnson has presided over the worst offensive line in football. Three guesses why Christian Daboll has a job there. ST coach Thomas McGaughey and his assistants have been disastrously bad.

Even our athletic trainer Ronnie Barnes is 70+ and should have gracefully stepped aside years ago, because our players have been going down like flies. Mara's failure to retire him and install real grass in the stadium, at this point, is almost criminal.

But other than those guys, we're doing great.

As a jags fan he needs to not even be allowed in a building near the stadium.

He was Rookie Trevors OC and Interim coach .   That staff also had Brian Schottenheimer as Passing game Coordinator/QB coach.
