Not to mention Kyle Phillips will probably see the field now since we (hopefully) won't care how well our receivers block. lol

Not encouraging anyone to jump the gun or anything, but there's a lot of room for us to maybe be sorta good next year?

Maybe.

good? idk, we’ll see. significantly more fun than this year? very possible

Probably going to sign Boyd and draft a receiver. Hopkins, Boyd, Philips, rookie, Burks just doesn’t do it for me.

Yeah. I think Boyd is almost a given. And Tee will get tagged.

Yeah, I expect the upside of next year is the team looks promising for 2025.  Even if we have a fantastic offseason and draft well, we're still going to be adjusting to a new head coach calling plays for the first time, a young QB in a new scheme, and a rebuilt offensive line (who notoriously take time to gel), along with whoever we add in free agency, and despite the space we have, it's been proven time and time again that you just can't buy a competitive team in a single offseason.

Could we be better than that?  Sure, but it's unlikely.  Plus we have at least two teams in the division with the QB problem solved.

Harbugh to Chargers.

I thought Vrabel could have any job he wanted.

It's not so much a knock at Vrabel. It's just I hated the media reaction.

Vrabel’s a really good coach, no doubt. It is interesting that he could potentially be kept out of a job in this year’s coaching search cycle, even though the media pretty much said teams would be tripping over themselves to hire him. I also just want to say that any other coach who was 6-18 in his last 24 games (1-8 in the division btw) and hadn’t scored over 30 points in over two years would be criticized, fair or not.

With that said, It’s a new day in Titans land so I’m ready to officially turn the page with Vrabel. I don’t have any ill will or bad blood with him so good luck to him wherever he goes.

I think even with the media reaction, Harbaugh has been the top candidate from the beginning.

And San Diego has been the most appealing job.

"Any job Vrabel wants...."

Wow, that's a nice hire. Good for Canales.

Wasn't exactly tracking Carolina's search too closely, but seems like they moved really fast on him this week.

All that said. I'd need a blank check to work for Tepper.

Yeah, maybe someone like Vrabel recognized that.

or

Tepper said I'm not going to allow you to do what you want?

or

They don't like his offensive plan.

That shouldn’t matter he’s a leader of men 😌
