Curious Case of Mike Mularkey

Again... He's helped take us from 5 wins to 18 wins, the playoffs, and a playoff win. The locker room seems yo really like him, and thats very important.

But...

There's no denying there have been issues, especially on offense. Even with some bad luck in ints, your QB doesn't go from a 26:9 to 13:15 ratio. There was regression there, at RB, on the O-line... And with the added resources at WR, we didn't see an gains on the field there.

Changes are necessary.

Even as someone who supports him staying under certain circumstances, I cannot accept this.

Some probably see me as this Mularkey apologist... But I was against the Mularkey and Robiskie hires. I've boycotted the team... Cancelled my Sunday Ticket, and made sure the retention specialist understood it was because of the Titans lack of investment on the team. I haven't bought any Titans gear in a few years. I was finally ready to buy my Mariota and either a Lewan or Casey.

If Robiskie is kept, I'm not buying any Titan gear... No matter how hard its gonna be with the new unis. I'm not buying my nephews Amy Titans gear... Not gonna buy my newborn his titans onesie... I'll spend those few hundred bucks on other things... I hope you all to the same.

This aggression... Will not stand, man.

I was pumped about winning a playoff game, knew we wouldn't win this week. I thought we would be competitive hard to do with all the bad calls earlier. Completely stole our momentum also losing Conklin was devastating. The call on fourth and 1 should have sealed his fate, now him claiming his staff should stay the same and happy with the "development" of Marcus is just adding to that. Sadly I don't see him going anywhere fellas. Here's to a long off season and season next year.

It is funny how we've been saying it all season long and somehow half the forum still supported him, but we get the first playoff win in 14 years and now everyone is on our side.

I've been saying the exact same thing since the first Houston game. He is not the coach we need. Get rid of him.

My thing has always been I'll reserve judgement until the season ended and he made his declarations about the direction going forward.

I felt it was out of line in a way to want to kick him out and the season hadn't ended. Let it play out. But now it has and I've come to a conclusion.

I'm still behind the team and if he is the coach I'll support him. But until we take another snap, I have nothing supportive to say about him.

Well... get ready for it. I can't believe they're extending him a day after THAT. The KC game was amazing (the 2nd half at least)... but if he was that close to being fired then how is this worthwhile? So disappointing. Not gonna waste any money to travel to see that bum unless some miracle happens and they get DeFilippo as an OC.

AAS can go too now. If she makes decisions based on liking the guy then I'm at a loss. J-Rob, if he's supportive of this (truly) then I question him as well. But if he isn't we have other, bigger issues.
