What if SF drafted hometown boy Aaron Rodgers instead of Alex Smith? What happens to Smith? Does Rodgers ever develop into the QB he is today? Does Favre ever leave GB in this scenario?

Rodgers would have lost last week with the Chiefs

Alex Smith falls to #24 ends up a Packer, wins a Superbowl. Known as the #1 or #2 best QB in the league with Brady

Farve ends up with the Vikings still somehow, and lose to the Saints.

What if Peyton doesn’t get injured? Redskins get Luck? Browns RG3? Redskins probably become perennial playoff team. Luck with Shanahan dominates and he isn’t a pin cushion. Kyle gets HC job a lot sooner. Probably 2014. Detroit had a QB. Maybe he goes there. Without him Atlanta doesn’t go to Super Bowl. Does McVay replace him at OC and get an HC job sooner. Then you circle back to Indy. Caldwell keeps his job. He’s not on Ravens 2012 staff. Do they go with someone like Juan Castillo or stick it out with Cameron? Who do they get at OC in 2013 and where does Kubiak end up in 2014? Do they still win Super Bowl? Do they even make playoffs? Lets say they don’t. Do 49ers win it? Harbaugh probably wouldn’t get fired. Then who coaches Michigan? Peyton doesn’t go to Denver. Do they go with Tebow in 2012? Fox doesn’t get another job. Does Gase ever make a name for himself? Who reps the AFC in Super Bowl against Seahawks? Who in 2015? Do Panthers win that Super Bowl? Where does Pagano go after 2011? Does Arians still get a HC job without Luck?

1. The Colts are 7-9 in 2011 with Peyton instead of 2-14 without him. Jim Caldwell stays, and they are picking 12th in the draft. DL, OL, and WR are the biggest needs. The Colts take Fletcher Cox in Round 1, Kelechi Osemele in Round 2, and still take T.Y. Hilton in Round 3.

2. The Rams would have had the #1 pick. New regimes (Jeff Fisher's first year) usually mean new QB's, so they take Luck #1 overall, and trade Bradford to either Denver or Cleveland (Tebow was gone from Denver either way).

What if the Packers lost their season finale in the desert in 1988? They would have drafted Troy Aikman, and Dallas would have taken colossal bust Tony Mandarich.

That one creates lots of ripples.  If there wasn't such a bust in Mandarich, maybe the Packers never bring in Ron Wolf, who really changed the culture in Green Bay.  Aikman is probably above average, but not a hall of famer with Sterling Sharpe and a bunch of nothing else.  Steve Walsh (I think) is Jimmy Johnson's QB in Dallas instead of Aikman.  Ron Wolf may have enough pull to get Favre in a trade, but Wolf remains with the New York Jets.

What if the Titans drafted Randy Moss instead of Kevin Dyson? Do they win SB 34? What if LenDale White and Alge Crumpler didn’t fumble in the 2008 playoff game against the Ravens? Do they go on to the conference championship and beat the Steelers again and then beat the Cardinals in the SB?

u best believe that, and plus with a ring.

Probably. They would've had to beat the Colts but they did better against Peyton Manning than almost any other team in that time frame and there was no way the Bears were beating them in the Super Bowl.
