I would be surprised if he did though if what he says about winning is true. His best chance to win is in Jacksonville of the possible options (if we are indeed thinking about offering him a big, long-term deal).

I wouldn't be shocked if it requires a little more now after the Carr / Stafford contracts (not to mention the smith deal). But I think it's the right ballpark. I suppose it depends on the guarantees.
