Probably got the volume discount at the ankle clinic I'd pass on old and injured legs for a CB who wasn't very fast to begin with. Don't care what he used to be, I only care about what he's gonna be and right now he can't even pass a physical. How can you evaluate and sign a FA who can't even pass a physical ? Eh the second one was a bone spurs surgery, not really anything to worry about. I'd imagine 25% of our team had "cleanup" surgeries this off-season that you will never hear of. The other surgery for the rupture is major obviously.

I think that is true.. but I've also read that once you tear an Achilles your chance of tearing your other one increases considerably for some reason. The reason is probably due to overcompensation on the healthy leg if you don’t let the injured Achilles heal fully. I doubt Sherman is susceptible to this, especially considering all of the rehab specialists and equipment available to him through the Seahawks organization. Kepler
Shields is really rolling the dice on his quality of life after retirement. I seriously hope he doesn't suffer another concussion.
St Vince
Jeremy lane will also be out the door wouldn't mind a tire kick. looks like Schneider is doing a complete teardown. He's also rumored to be shopping Earl Thomas soon. If he loses Richardson I'll have to say I'm happy Carroll blocked him from interviewing with us. He may lose Richardson and that 2nd rounder it took to get him, wow. JS is starting to look like an overrated GM.

Every time you challenged them to name five GMs better than Thompson, they listed Schneider and Belichick, so Schneider is obviously super duper. Green19
Are the Rams that bad at CB that they needed to get Peters, Talib and take the boom or bust of Shields? i mean that’s a heck of a CB group if all healthy and not getting into trouble. You look at that NFC west and you know you have a road to the playoffs. Looks like they're trying to go all in if they can.
cooters22
Personally I think the 2 areas that we try to get help in FA are pass rush and TE. Wilkerson is already being pursued. Sheldon Richardson and Adrian Claybourne are two guys that could get checked out by us. All three would be a lift at the DE pass rush point. I'm going to go out on a limb and say we sign 2 TE's again this off season and resign Richard Rodgers and cut Kendricks. Levine Toilolo from the Falcons is a great blocking TE, something Richard Rodgers isn't. Then I think they look for a yard marker mover. Austin Seferian-Jenkins and Trey Burton are two guys that I'd get in early on in free agency.
