MacReady Posted June 17, 2018 Share Posted June 17, 2018 I've discovered that using ground beef makes better tasting jerky than non-ground beef. Some people might not like the texture difference, but any seasoning or flavor you use soaks up much better in ground beef and makes for better-tasting jerky than any other kind of cut.
