Still think Mahomes is going to crumble due to the Big 12 curse?

Andy Reid certainly good for him. Was good today, so that's a nice start. Liked that he got to sit the year as well.  I'm probably more hopeful on him than any of the other big twelve quarterbacks in quite some time.

Still, one game.

Ignore him. The rams are good, he's jinxing us for tomorrow.

It's just funny. We went 13 years without making the playoffs. I gotta chuckle at people who think they're insulting us by saying that we'll only make the playoffs. It's especially bad when it's a fan of a team that missed the playoffs last year. Regardless, the trash talk is always fun, and I'll be rooting for the Raiders starting Tuesday. ;)

Welp, at least we got our confirmation that Matt Nagy is a true Andy Reid disciple.

So is Doug Pederson, and Doug had a rocky few first games as an Offensive playcaller/HC. We'll see if Nagy is able to do something no other Andy disciple besides Doug has done- make adjustments.

Yes it's all hindsight, and yes it's still way too early, but it's got to suck as Bears fan knowing you could have probably traded down last year and STILL ended up with one of Watson/Mahomes and another early round pick, but instead you lost draft capital and ended up with a guy who was literally questioned by virtually every draft pundit in the world.

That 3rd and 1 call was absurd, but it's only his first game as a HC lol...give him some time. Also, felt like they pretty much played prevent offense when they were up by 20 and thought Rodgers was out....not sure why didn't put the foot back on the gas though once Rodgers lead them to their first FG.

Yea, so the coach thought that it was a good idea to throw the ball on 3rd and 1 instead of running it with the best player on your offense.

Twice. You have two opportunities to run for a yard and a half and instead opt to spread the ball out and throw with your scared quarterback and then kick a field goal, handing one of the GOATs the ball back with plenty of time and a chance to win it. Just terrible.
