CriminalMind
It's the Patriots who are close to trading for him.

I'm usually against bringing in 'character issue' types, but we need the weapons, quite frankly. Let's do this (if confirmed).

Here's Mike Lombardi via The Athletic: "When I was the general manager of the Browns in 2013, we had multiple trade offers for Gordon and came close to sending him to the 49ers that year, but pulled back, believing Gordon was going to change. That change unfortunately has yet to occur "

Scalamania
Of freaking course he would end up in NE.
Forge
I said it in the 49er forum. I don't think that Gordon to NE is the next great NE move or anything. i like it for sure, but I Don't think he's going to suddenly ball out the entire season. I think he'll take a few weeks to acclimated and then after that, I have no idea how he ends up fitting into the offense. I like the pickup, but I don't think it's game changing. NJerseypaint
The Browns really couldn't get a better offer than the bag of chips NE will ultimately trade them?
tyler735
Yeah this type of talent mixed with Tom Brady will be a heck of an acquisition for the Patriots (If he stays out of trouble).

Stateline for that game: 1 catch for 17 yards It isn't that amazing.
