But Zook needs to be talking to him before that play telling him to hold it. The guys in the second row need to be telling him to get away from the ball. Played the best team in the NFL in their house and only lost by 2. Dissapointing but that's gonna happen when you don't play your best game. And we didn't play our best game. Before the kickoff you need to make it GD clear that under no circumstances do yoh take that ball out. Waste of the 2 minute warning - even if he made it to the 25 without fumbling. That is on a dumb football player making a unexplainable mistake. If he's not smart enough to know not to take that ball out of the end zone in that situation then he's got no business being on a NFL field. Lunch Pail Posted October 28, 2018 Share Posted October 28, 2018 Can someone educate me on the 4th injury timeout a team gets when they have an injured player but no timeouts? It's kind of moot since Gurley picked up the 1st down anyways but in the future is that something we could do to stop the clock again? Fake an injury when we have no more timeouts?
