Let him sit patiently behind Rivers until retirement, Rosen can them come in under relatively low pressure and have had time to learn and gain some kind of experience. Still a good team most likely. They're trying to win now and not about to give up a 1st rounder (AZ maintains it won't take less, though by tomorrow that may change) that may put them over the top.
