Packers had bad selections, now while we can blame TT 100% for the failures, at the end of the day his info came from the scouts. So we have to see how Brian does moving forward, to early to judge. But it seems like Pats always get decent talent through the draft and bargain FA bin. Packer draft picks from 2011-2017 still members of the Green Bay Packers: Mike Daniels, David Bakhtiari, Davante Adams, Corey Linsley, Kenny Clark, Jason Spriggs, Kyler Fackrell, Blake Martinez, Dean Lowry, Trevor Davis, Kevin King, Josh Jones, Montravious Adams, Jamaal Williams, Aaron Jones. Packer draft picks from 2011-2017 that are still in the NFL, but not on the Packers: Randall Cobb, Lawrence Guy, Casey Hayward, JC Tretter, Micah Hyde, HaHa Clinton-Dix, Richard Rodgers, Damaroius Randall, Brett Hundley, Vince Biegel It looks to me like you are complaining for the sake of complaining, and nothing anyone tells you will be good enough. Most people had an elite tier in 2006 consisting of a pass rusher, a quarterback, a running back back when those mattered, a left tackle, an off ball linebacker, and a tight end. At 5 you're left with the stack LB and the tight end. A true visionary might say "Screw it, Haloti Ngata" but most teams would have taken Hawk at 5 in that draft. Remember that he was drafted to play Will in a 4-3, a much more valuable position than an ILB in most odd fronts/nickel defenses. I didn't include guys I wasn't sure about either, or Perry, who is currently a FA but probably finds a team if he wants to continue his career. PossibleCabbage
NFL Draft projections might be the single aspect of human culture in which there is the least accountability anyway.

Bush is the reverse Fournette, if you were to switch those guys draft years, both would be HoF level superstars. Both guys were 2-down RBs in an era where those were the wrong 2 downs. Obviously, it didn't hurt his career, and we don't know how much, if any, was smoke. But he wasn't a sure thing, and even with hindsight you could see "We spent the number 5 pick on Haloti Ngata?" being repeated for years too. ThatJerkDave
Bucs got Beckner. I hope he is right medically. Was a pretty darn good player.
