How are those rookies doing?

Savage was a savage, had an ankle injury and got a little less savage, but he’s shown enough potential for me to be extremely excited about him.

Rashan Gary had a very slow start, but he’s shown signs of developing into something special.  Just might take a couple years.

Did Barkley's 2018 not count? He had 931 Yards After Contact (3.57 YACPC) and 94 broken tackles.

Only thing I can think of is those Jacobs stats are strictly rushing.

Further proof that Pff is absolutely nuts! But I digress on this because I'm done trying to explain this crap to people. They're going to believe anything that fits their narrative no matter how stupid and nonsensical it may be.

Per SIS:
Saquan had 94 total broken tackles in 2018 on 352 touches (56 on runs, 38 on rec, 26.7% rate) which is the most of any player in the last 5 years.  The next closest in '18 was McCaffery with 63 total BT's on 326 touches (40 runs, 23 on rec).

In 2015, Doug Martin led the league with 63 total BT's on 321 touches (55 runs, 8 rec, 19.6% rate).

In 2016, david Johnson led the league with 83 total BT's on 373 touches (47 runs, 36 rec, 22.3% rate).

In 2017, Kareem Hunt led the league with 89 total BT's on 325 touches (69 runs, 25 rec, 27.4% rate). Worth noting, Todd Gurley was 2nd with 79 BT's on 343 touches (52 runs, 27 rec, 23.0% rate. Leveon Bell was tied for 2nd most with 79 BT's on 403 touches (52 runs, 27 rec, 19.5% rate).

Top rookie: Terry McLaurinWashington Redskins — 85.7

It was a stacked rookie class, but the many highlight-reel catches that McLaurin made downfield gave him the nod. The Redskins were in desperate need of a No. 1 receiver, and McLaurin delivered. He finished 14th among receivers in yards per route run (2.05) despite dealing with less-than-stellar quarterback play in Washington.

From The Athletic

“The rookie  Darnell Savage will be a top-5 safety one day,” the scout said. “He’s already really good. An explosive player who is a violent hitter, yet plays under control. Sometimes he takes bad angles, but with time he’ll figure that out.
