I've seen a lot of Bears/Packers game, and they are almost never what I would describe as "aesthetically pleasing football which is easy and pleasant to watch." It's just the nature of the thing. 100 year anniversary/legacy type game. Bears/Packers is the oldest rivalry in the NFL. I guess NBC was banking on people caring. Crazy how Dallas gets monster ratings for years despite the product usually being lackluster.

Go back and look at tape. At this point in his career, he has major 3 flaws in his game; 1) throwing the ball too early, 2) not checking down on plays when it's necessary, 3) trying to make something out of nothing when it's clearly not there, far too often. TecmoSuperJoe
Don't usually see Steve Young go hard like that.
NVRamsFan
Remember when people were hating on the Rams Chiefs game because it wasn't good football? 29 points in the SB and 1st game of 2019 combined.
Stevein2012
Was happy when GB signed ZaDarius Smith this offseason mostly just to see them making some moves but man he had a good game. That's looking like a great move.

I wouldn't say most football is "aesthetically pleasing and easy and pleasant to watch." It's a violent, physical sport. This was classic, old school football. True, Cousins is better than Mitch, but this season's defense is better than last season's version. I have a feeling next week's game will be another low scoring affair. Pugger
1 hour ago, ET80 said: This is the problem. If you have a guy like Trubisky as your QB and a very strong IOL, the absolute lowest you should hit in rushing attempts is 20. This team is not built to throw the ball frequently, and they will find themselves losing more than winning if they try this. I hate to pile it on but when a team moves up to the #2 spot giving up future picks for a QB you would hope that player would be more than a game manager.

Has to be torture as a fan. I'm sure all NFC North fans will agree when I say that I thank my lucky stars that didn't happen. They would be unstoppable.
