I mean at some point you have to cut your losses. Fortunately for Tampa, if Jameis continues to play like this, they'll be able to select one of the top 3 QBs in the next draft.

let winston try to prove himself (notice the use to 'try"). After he  fails, trade 2 RD1 picks in the spring to the steelers for ben so ben can finish his career with arians .  ben might have 1 or 2 years left (or more if he has a new lease on life being happy playing for arians) , rebuild now and get value especially if he doesn't rebound. Ok, maybe a single RD1 pick, I doubt arians would trade Evans...

...what, you think Bill O'Brien is the GM of the Bucs? He might be the only guy who'd give two 1st round picks for a guy who is probably 2-3 years away from retirement.

Trade him. He is NOT going to ever lead an NFL team anywhere. No reason to keep it going and expecting a different result.

bit of sarcasm, but nice about orbrien. 

I don't know what arians would offer, but him and ben were close and ben might just want a new scenery and of course winston is probably not the answer for the bucs.  As a steelers fan , ben getting the steelers going would be better for this season anyways, but if for some reason they can't get a winning record, playoffs etc, my idea might be good for both parties.

Jameis Winston is maybe the worst starting QB in football.  The guy is horrible.  Cut him and just pay him whatever you owe him.  Just get him out of there.  He's a loser, is bad and has poor work ethic.  All of that stuff is bad for a 'leader' of the team to have.  He actually brings the entire team down just by being there.  He's an absolutely terrible player.

I feel like he will be in Oakland next year. Just seems like a classic Raiders move. Carr will go elsewhere.
