Mind Character
The need to respond to every little random slight from random twitter users of which mostly do so to get a rise out of him or a response shows a lack of awareness. I mean Baker's been doing this since Oklahoma not only responding to reporters or commentators but also to trolls that were just doing troll things. At some point you have to realize trolls troll and it is a waste of time and meaningless responding so just process that whatever the person said is meaningless and spend your time doing something else. Baker's a smart guy so the need to constantly tweet/clap back at trolls really is a sign of insecurity imo. Now, ultimately it likely means nothing when it comes to his play on the field, but it may be a sign he can't block anything out for his own good.

JDD
I wonder if it’s even him responding. I wouldn’t be shocked if some company runs his social media.

These aren’t 60 year old politicians.
Thomas5737
I understand people not liking that he uses social media how he does and responds to trolls and etc... but those people shouldn't be people in a forum that do the exact same thing all of the time.

Y'all just need to accept Baker is who he is whether you like it or not. If you can't root for him how he is, because he ain't changing for you, just take a hiatus from watching the Browns and we'll welcome you back when he leaves in about 15 years.

It's possible to support and critique. Possible to think Baker is special in some areas and has issues in others. Possible to root for him wishing the best and voice displeasure over certain things. That's called being a loyal fan but having a mind of your own. Of course, none of us could accomplish even a fraction of what Baker or anyone else on our team has done or is doing, but disagreement is not the same as not supporting. I'm just saying don't expect him to completely change his personality, it ain't happening. He isn't starting crap with people he is just responding to people who call him or his teammates out and I reckon he always will. Sure he can be critiqued that's a lot different than name calling and just saying he sucks. We've all seen the offense it hasn't been there this year and part of that is on the QB. This isn't DA or Weeden or McCoy though this is a legitimate stud QB who will be here for a long time. There will be no QB controversies for a long time because of his ability and desire so buckle in and understand the personality.

Until you do your job better change what you are doing while you aren't doing your job. If he has trouble with his marriage should he stop throwing playaction passes? Let the man be himself. He deserves that no matter how he plays. If he decides he wants to be different or stop social media that's fine but I'd be disappointed in him if he changed what he did because other people thought that was the man he is should be.
