Who has been your team's standout player? Jamie Collins 6. Your team's best unit so far? Defensive Backs 7. Which team in the league has surpassed expectations the most? SF 8. Which team in the league has failed to live up to expectations the most? Would say Pittsburgh, but Ben's injury should void this. Maybe Atlanta? 9. Daniel Posted October 3, 2019 Share Posted October 3, 2019 I don't get to watch as much football as I used to, so I've only seen like three games that don't involve the Titans. I'll skip the first three out of ignorance. 4. What % chance do you give your team for making the playoffs now? Probably about 40%. It's about what I would have said preseason, mostly because no team in the AFCS seems able to step above the others. 5. Who has been your team's standout player? Outside of a few from the next question, AJ Brown has been everything I hoped. He leads the team in receiving yards and big plays, despite being third in targets, and is tied for first in receiving TDs and no fumbles. He's been a YAC monster. 6. Your team's best unit so far? The defensive backs. Logan Ryan is having his best season here so far, Malcolm Butler has shutdown OBJ and Julio, Byard has continued to be great, and Amani Hooker already plays like a vet. Adoree Jackson has had a few bad moments, but good as well, and so many of our sacks and pressures are due to coverage. 7. Which team has surpassed expectations the most? Gotta be the 49ers, though for all the crap talked about Daniel Jones, the Giants look alright. 8. Which team has failed to live up to expectations the most? Either the Browns or the Chargers, IMO. Steelers are tempting, but that's a QB injury. 9. Let's see your updated end-of-season standings AFC: 1. Pats 2. Chiefs 3. Ravens 4. Texans 5. Bills 6. Who has been your team's standout player? Micah Hyde 6. Your team's best unit so far? Tie between LB and Secondary. Both phenomenal. 7. Which team has surpassed expectations the most? Detroit. 8. Who has been the best defensive player in the NFL so far? Khalil Mack. The stats go to Shaq, but who “the best” defensive player is clear. 3. Rookie of the season so far? Gardner Minshew 4. What % chance do you give your team for making the playoffs now? 75% 5. Who has been your team's standout player? Lamar Jackson and Marlon Humphrey 6. Your team's best unit so far? Tight Ends: Andrews, Boyle, and Hurst could all be quality starters on many teams. 7. Which team has surpassed expectations the most? NY Giants. They were supposed to be one of the worst squads in the league, but they’ve made some great moves such as trading OBJ for Zeitler and adding a solid QB in the draft. Even without Barkley this team seems to be getting it done. 8. Which team has failed to live up to expectations the most? Denver. Thought they would be a playoff team with one of the best defenses in the league. Instead they are 0-4. And are looking like they might be in firesale mode pretty soon.
