I've always liked him as a QB, and he's been a loyal member of the Chargers for 16 long years, never missing a game I think. However, the organization probably has to start thinking about the future. Especially since he's almost 40. Feels like the Chargers have gone as far as they're gonna go with him regardless of head coach or casting change throughout the years.
