If they hired Bruce Arians, who instantly would be an upper half Top 16 HC, and lead that terrible Buc Roster to 8-8 (I think) this year, who was ASKING for the job, then Dorsey and Arians would still be there and IMO Browns would be 10-6 right now probably locked in the sixth seed. It's a reminder that big contracts to big names dont make you a good team. This team has been a dumpster fire for for multiple decades.
