You guys also shut down our run game in week one, and that shouldn't be overlooked. We don't have the big name like those three, but out running game is absolutely legit.

In the two games following week one, Breida has averaged 7.27 yards per carry (26 / 189) and mostert 6.5 ypc (25 / 162).

Against you, we averaged 3.33 yards per carry on 30 rushes. Only mostert was above 4ypc

Your run d is absolutely legit

Can't cover anyone though.

Did anyone see the Daniel Jones propaganda on Red Zone today?

He was 20-22 with a TD on passes that went less than 10 air yards.

Too bad the NFL requires you to throw medium and deep (3-9 with 2 picks)

Points per drive against DC this year.

  • Carson Wentz 3.56
  • Dak Prescott 3.44
    • identical to Wentz except the did not go for 2.
  • Mitch Trubisky 2.67
  • Daniel Jones 1.55

You're right he's a bust.

Skippy is a DJ hater.

If DJ sucked today, I don't know what Haskins did.  Also, DJ's game and Shurmur's offense is predicated on shorter passes and yards after the catch.  He's very good at hitting guys in stride.  Brady and Montana are two all time greats that made all time great careers based off it.

Proved that Gruden probably knew what he was doing, but is a pushover who caved under the pressure of potentially losing his job and gave in to the masses who didn't know as much as he did

DJ played ok today. He's not gonna win NFC Offensive Player of the Week every week. He needs to clean up those turnovers. Outside of those though, he played really well. He was money on 3rd down and made things happen with his feet. Had a 50 yard pass called back on a horrible penalty. The game was also over in the 4th quarter. Washington literally gave up. With like 10 minutes left in the game, down 21, they went 3 and out after 3 straight runs. They conceded. Giants stopped passing after that.

Yeah, and if Hilliman didn't fumble on the 2 yard lines, that "points per drive" stat would look a little better.  Literally no one thinks Jones lit up today.  A solid B game for a rookie QB playing on an at best ok offensive team missing its best player.
