Maybe but ultimately Howie has final say and if he is drafting for his own job not Doug's. If Howie truly thought Jefferson was a far superior prospect than Reagor then he would've taken Jefferson. Howie tries to control everything, even who is active on game day. Nothing will convince me that Howie is not the biggest problem compared to Doug. Not sure I'd trust Duce to produce much of a creative offense unless he has a good OC. Bienemy I'd be okay with, but he's had some top shelf legit talent in KC so who knows how much is on him.
