Like I said, the same thing happened with Trent Williams until he left and he was always the most dominant LT in the league while playing for us. Now we have two DTs better than Dexter Lawrence and he makes it before both of them which is ridiculous. Its the same with the HoF. Remember Carlos Rogers didn’t have lasik surgery until after Shanahan didn’t retain him in 2011. Then, in 2011 Rogers had 6 ints for the NFL’s #1 D in San Fran & that’s the year Alex Smith got the 49ers to w/in a FG of the Super Bowl but the NYG beat them. If you have to have surgery on it, it keeps you out 6 months. Gilbert Arenas’s torn meniscus basically ruined his knee & his career.
