I don't think I would fight too hard for Lancaster over Heflin either. I think Heflin can eat snaps like Lancaster does, but he will be better with a year of conditioning. packfanfb
Post Preseason Game 3 Roster Prediction: After watching game 3, I think the roster is pretty locked in on the offensive side of the ball. IMO, it's fairly simple: Offense: 24 QB (2): Rodgers, Love RB (3): Jones, Dillon, Hill WR (6): Adams, MVS, Lazard, Cobb, Rodgers, Taylor TE (4): Lewis, Tonyan, Deguara, Dafney OL (9): Jenkins, Patrick, Myers, Newman, Turner, Runyan, Kelly, Braden, Nijman **Sternberger suspended and Bakh on PUP or IR after initial 53 On defense, I think it's still unclear on the back-end of every position: Defense: 26 DL (5): Clark, Keke, Lowry, Slaton, (Lancaster or Heflin) EDGE (4-5): Z. Smith, P. Smith, Gary, (Garvin or Rivers or both) ILB (5): Campbell, Barnes, Burks, Summers, (McDuffie or Wilborn) CB (6-7): Alexander, King, Sullivan, Stokes, SJC, (Yiadom or Ento or both) S (5): Amos, Savage, Scott, Black, (Gaines or Uphoff) Specials (3): Crosby, Scott, Bradley

cannondale
Sneaking Van Lanen thru waivers ?? Sternberger might get another chance as it might be easier to get him to the PS Week 3 ?? Do you try to keep an extra Edge due to Smith's tweaky back and next years uncertainty with both Smiths ?? Either you carry CVL as No. 10 and basically redshirt him on the inactive list all year or you put him on the PS. There's always a chance with any player you cut he doesn't make it through but he's simply not a better player than the 9 guys ahead of him and that's not even including Bakh when he comes back. cannondale
I don't know how some of these guys finished in relation to each other. Obviously Newman finished with a huge up arrow. Seems like Braden finished with a down arrow, but with how they move and rotate guys, it's hard to get a read. Not gonna lose sleep over any of the bottom 10 roster spots

From what I have seen, I carry CVL over Braden, but I'm not going to fight about it.
