Good player, but he's not what you would call a "people person."

I wouldn't go as far as to say that he deserves 100% of the blame in the standoff, but I appreciate the balls you have for stating such.

I mentioned this last page. Someone on Reddit said you can only opt out if you did it the year before, but your article says thats not true.

Could be an interesting way for Rodgers to gain leverage.

The upside of him sitting out is they get to find out if Jordan Love is any good. If not, they’ll get a high draft pick. Would they use it on a WR2 to try to get Aaron to come back or would they take another QB? Decisions, decisions.

If he's told them (Packers organization), that he plans to opt out if not traded?

He will be traded by July 2nd. Otherwise, Packers wouldn't have Rodgers all yr, yet Rodgers keeps his money.

If he holds out? He doesn't get his money & gets fined as well.

If Packers call his bluff & Rodgers opts out?

True, they get to start Love & see what he has.

But they lose any value Rodgers has in any trade. A year older to boot.

Unless Rodgers changes his mind & comes back?

Packers have to trade him by Next Friday. (July 2nd) Or they screw themselves.

Also, once he opts out? He's done for the yr. Cannot come back this season.
